Increase your flexibility with fixed-angle cutting
from 0 to 45°

The Manual Adjustable Tilt Nozzle is manually adjusted to tilt at a fixed angle from 0 to 45° which allows cutting in one direction on a product. This accessory is a bolt-on attachment that mounts to the motorized Z-axis of an MAXIEM abrasive waterjet cutting machine. The nozzle tilts in the Y direction away from the operator.

USB drives are provided with the latest software that can be loaded onto your MAXIEM or on another computer in your location. They contain the current software for your use.

The air dryer and filter traps air before it enters the JetMachining Center. It removes excess water, particles, and dirt from the air. The water conditioning portion of the kit removes particles and solids from the water through finer filtration.

The water conditioning kit provides two filters one 5 microns, and a secondary filter at 1 micron.

Without an air and water conditioning kit installed, you may experience air valve malfunctions or more frequent filter changes.

This option helps protect the catcher tank bottom from the nozzle jet stream, and is recommended or dual pump systems to keep your tank from getting holes in the bottom of your tank.

The Scissor Plumbing Retrofit Kits replace the current whip-style plumbing systems. Customers must have a shop ceiling height of at least 10 feet to accommodate the scissor plumbing.

Dual pump systems require scissor plumbing installed on the MAXIEM.

The nozzle mixing tube is eliminated and the orifice is placed closer to the work piece.

The electrically operated Motorized Z-axis provides precise nozzle positioning. Some of the standard features include: 8 3/4" Travel in Z direction, Controller pre-programmable, automatic stand-off distance to insure proper nozzle height off of work piece, Jog up/down at user settable speeds and distance, Heads-up traversing to avoid obstacles.

Cut accurate beveled edges at angles selected by the user. The A-Jet is a complete software-controlled, multi-axis accessory permitting the flexibility to cut severe angles to a maximum of 60° off the vertical. The A-Jet cuts countersunk holes and jigsaw puzzle-type pieces with beveled edges. The accessory supplies additional axes of motion, allowing the operator to fabricate and shape metal edges for weld preparation.
