On all new MAXIEM installations a field technician will install the machine and provide a day of hands-on training.

On Site Service:
The service rate for a MAXIEM field service representative repairing MAXIEM products is $100.00/hour. There is a four hour minimum billing. We will charge this rate for time at the job site during normal working hours. Work performed on weekends (Saturday) or after four hours will be charged a rate of time and one half ($150.00). Work performed during Sundays and holidays will be charged a rate of double time ($200.00).

MAXIEM Field Technician reviews the following
22 point inspection checklist at each shop:

NOZZLE:

1. Is the On/Off Valve Leaking?
2. Measure the Abrasive Flow Rate
3. Using "Test Nozzle" Evaluate the Stream
4. Rotate the Mixing Tube 90 Degrees

COMPUTER CONTROLLER:

5. Load the latest version of Intelli-MAX® Basic Software
6. Check Air Flow thru the Filter
7. Verify Basic MAKE Parameters

PUMP:

8. Record the Input Charge Pressure & Record the Output Charge Pressure
9. Is the Safety Valve Leaking?
10. Is the Chiller Functioning Properly?
11. Is the VFD Keypad Functional?
12. Is the Dump On/Off Valve Leaking?
13. Check the Crankcase Oil Level - When Was the Last Time the Oil Was Changed?

TABLE

14. Are the Slats, Slat Holders & Supports in Good Condition?
15. Are the Incoming Water Filters Clean?
16. What is the Incoming Water Pressure Setting?
17. What is the Air Pressure Regulator Setting?
18. Is the Oil/Water Separator Clean?
19. Are There Any Water Leaks?

SYSTEM

20. Measure the Maximum Nozzle Pressure RPM
21. Measure the Dump Valve Pressure at the Same RPM
22. Evaluate On Site Spare Parts
